Molly is a licensed Speech–Language Pathology Assistant who earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Sacramento State University. Her initial clinical experience began at the TERI, Inc. Learning Academy in Oceanside, where she worked with adolescents with developmental disabilities under the supervision of the Crimson Center staff.
Molly presented a seminar on supervision at the American Speech Hearing Language Association’s 2009 annual convention in New Orleans. Her clinical experience has been primarily with children with autism spectrum disorder. Molly has developed and works with communication groups for adults with developmental disabilities for Crimson Center at St. Madeline's Sophie Center. She has also worked with adolescents with dual diagnoses for Crimson at Fred Finch Youth Center in Spring Valley
Molly has a strong interest in and experience with children with moderate-severe developmental and social disabilities, and profound behavioral needs. She is highly trained in behavior management, as well as in the programming and implementation of a variety of Alternative Augmentative Communication (AAC) devices. A sponge for learning, Molly plans to return to graduate school and obtain her license as an SLP in the very near future.
