Missy graduated with a B.A. from the College of Communications in the Audiology and Speech Sciences Dept. at Michigan State University in 2001 and earned her M.A. in Communication Disorders from Northern Michigan University in 2003. She completed her Clinical Fellowship Year at Hope Network Rehabilitation Services in East Lansing, Michigan where she worked with infant through geriatric patients with acquired/traumatic brain injuries until August 2005.
Missy also worked for Marianjoy Rehabilitation Services in Chicago, Illinois with geriatric patients who had neurological injuries resulting from CVA’s, TBI, and Alzheimer’s until June 2007. She has worked for San Diego Unified School District since July 2007, and and began providing in-home treatment through Crimson Center for Speech & Language in March 2008.
